Merchandise Department - Merchandiser

Employment Type: Full-time employee

Work Structure: Hybrid (work from home is OK up to 2-3 days per week)

Requirements for Application:

• Native level of Japanese
• Excel skills (VLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUM, SUM, Drop down list, SUM, SUM, SUM, Drop down list)
• Drop down list, SUM, SUMIF, IF, SUBTOTAL, and
• IFERROR/ISERRO, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, GETPOVIT, COUNT
• GETPOVIT, COUNT, COUNTIF/COUNTIF, COUNTIF/COUNTIF
• COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, PIVOT (level that can be created from raw data), four arithmetic operations)
• Experience in distribution and allocation (preferably in the fashion industry)

Preferred Conditions:

• Experience in the fashion industry (apparel, bags, accessories)
• Experience working as an assistant MD, VMD, or apparel store manager, reading and writing in English
• Ability to combine multiple functions
• Experience in creating data from raw data
• Good at/like working with Excel
• Good at detailed data work
• Experience working with Excel to create allocations
• Good at improving work efficiency
• Can use Power Query/Power Pivot

Expected Role/Job Description:

• Create product allocation data to be sent to the warehouse
• Create product allocation data to be sent to each store (19 stores, with EC)
• Create product catalogs/documents
• Prepare and process data in Excel
• Other Merchandise Department tasks and clerical work

The Ideal Candidate:

• Able to perform Merchandise Department tasks under the direction of the Product Manager, and a quick learner,
• Good at Excel
