JOB DESCRIPTION

• As a tax advisor for M&A, we provide comprehensive tax advice to guide domestic and international M&A to success.
• We participate in projects together with various M&A experts, including lawyers, certified public accountants, and financial advisors, and support our clients' investment decision-making as tax specialists at the forefront of M&A.

LOCATION: Tokyo *Opportunities for overseas posting available

BUSINESS CONTENT / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Tax due diligence to understand the tax position and tax risks of M&A target companies
• Tax structuring advice
• Tax advice regarding post-M&A integration etc.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

MUST

• Managerial experience at a major tax accounting firm or tax management experience at a business company, or other project management experience
• Motivation to learn English
• Leadership to lead a team as a project manager

WANT

• Those with practical experience in M&A tax are especially welcome
• English: TOEIC 700 or above preferred
• Ambition and curiosity in the pursuit of providing high-quality services
• Logical thinking and communication skills
• The ability to think and act independently rather than passively
