Job Description

People Management

• Share objectives and strategy of the area with clear performance targets to the teams, and monitor the subsequent execution

• Implementation and adherence to HR policies and processes in their teams: recruitment, motivation and follow-up, detecting training needs and developing skills in order to promote staff development.

• Maintenance of a good working environment: manage the teams with a view to achieving the established objectives, guaranteeing the correct execution of the operations. Develop a work environment that positively motivates people, encouraging teamwork, commitment, culture and values.

 

Operational Management

• Preparation, monitoring and control of the annual budget and forecasting of the area for which it is responsible, ensuring that the established objectives are achieved, establishing the necessary tools, and in general leading any implementation or optimization of the systems. Review and monitoring of results and indicators, as well as decision-making aimed at achieving the objectives

• In charge of all the commercial activities of the company developed in its subsidiary, managing all functional areas directing the sales force and the operational team: administrative, financial and treasury, legal, commercial, VM, marketing and preserving the interests of the company.

• Following the guidelines of each of the Corporate Directors, lead the areas of HR, H&S, legal services, information technology, general services of facilities of the subsidiary, as well as building relationships with other companies (transfer pricing, sales & marketing, know-how agreements, etc.).

• Supervise branch's financial performance, and implement strategies to maximize profitability according to AD guidelines.

• Prepare the income reports and balance updates of the filial, with the guarantee of compliance with legal, accounting, fiscal and social obligations at the local level, as well as their reporting.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations in the country, as well as internal rules and procedures.

• Collaborate with the business development teams, facilitating the reporting of its activities and ensuring compliance with the guidelines.

• Look for new opportunities to improve performance of results.

• You will develop turnover with large accounts.

• You will negotiate agreements with partners and improve the profitability of each account.

• Establish a relationship of trust and collaboration to facilitate exchanges and the identification of development opportunities.

• Develop a network of stores in an appropriate format (own store, franchises, corners).

• Ensure the operational support of the after-sales service of the web activity.
