Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency.
  • Manage supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and schedules.
  • Handle calls, emails, mail, and visitors.

 

Preferred Experience

  • 2–3 years in administrative or office support roles.
  • Strong time management, organization, and sense of urgency.
  • Experience in project and event coordination.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments.
