Report to: Regional GM and dotted line to HQ Procurement

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting bid and sales activities.
• Manage supplier risk and drive commercial improvements across a matrix organization.
• Supports HQ Procurement in the development and implementation of global and regional Procurement goals and objectives.
• Responsible for achieving a defined set of corporate and procurement objectives – most notably for savings delivery, supplier risk and process improvement.
• Guide cross-functional teams in the application of the Sourcing Management Process.
• Lead Procurement Committee for Procurement decision-making.

You will need to have:

• BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Business or Equivalent.
• Experience in the Logistic Automation industry is preferred.
• Language: Japanese and English.
• Above 3 years of working experience in Procurement/Sourcing.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve savings targets.
• Fast learner, adaptive to agility, and demonstrated ability to survive in fast fast-growing business environment.
