Highlights of What You’ll Do: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will ensure efficient and effective inventory management processes, including preparation, regulatory and compliance, brokerage, shipping, receiving, and warehousing in Japan.
 

What You’ll Bring Along
Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of experience with progressive responsibility directly relating to warehouse management, 3PL, import/export, and/or product compliance in the Transportation, Customs Clearance, Supply Chain, or Logistics industry in Japan
• Exceptional hands-on knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics regulations, customs procedures, and import/export laws in Japan
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other related software
• Ability to develop strong relationships and feedback channels
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills
• Exceptional skills in Microsoft365, including Excel, PPT, Teams, and Outlook
• Ability to communicate confidently, verbally and in writing in Japanese
• Ability to communicate confidently, verbally and in writing in English

Nice-to-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field is an asset
• Agency or professional services experience is an asset
